  1. Program Overview: By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. As an affiliate, you will be promoting our products on Instagram by creating at least 1 in-feed post and 3 story posts per month.

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for the affiliate program, you must have an active Instagram account with over 5,000 followers and demonstrate genuine engagement with your audience. We reserve the right to evaluate and approve or reject affiliate applications at our discretion.

  3. Content Guidelines: All content created as part of the affiliate program must align with our brand and maintain a high standard of quality. In-feed posts should be clear, visually appealing, and include appropriate captions and hashtags. Story posts should be engaging and follow Instagram's guidelines for interactive and creative content.

  4. Promotional Material: Upon approval, we will provide you with the necessary promotional materials, including product images, logos, and any specific guidelines for content creation. You may only use the provided materials or those approved by us for promoting our products.

  5. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes: To track referrals, you will receive a unique affiliate link and/or coupon code. It is your responsibility to use these correctly and ensure that they are properly included in your posts and stories. Any referrals or sales generated without the use of your designated affiliate link or coupon code will not be eligible for commissions.

  6. Commissions: You will earn a 10% commission on the total referral sales generated through your affiliate link or coupon code. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, within 30 days after the end of each calendar month, provided that the minimum payout threshold has been reached.

  7. Compliance with Laws and Guidelines: As an affiliate, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to advertising, promotions, and disclosure requirements. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with us in all posts and stories as per the guidelines provided by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

  8. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activities, or for any other reason deemed necessary. In such cases, any pending commissions will be forfeited.

  9. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through email or other reasonable means. Continued participation in the affiliate program after the modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

  10. Agreement: By participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
